My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, though lacking washcloths, was located in a quiet area within the resort. I was thrilled with the location of this hotel, being so close to the pool and terrace and only a short distance from the fascinating archaeological sites that Mexico is famous for. The rooms were lovely, with spacious bathrooms just outside, and the special consideration for my request was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, but overall, it was a delightful stay.
